Eligibility

To use Arezio, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

License to Users

Arezio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the app for any other purpose.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content Policy

You are responsible for the content you post on Arezio. Content must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
• Be abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Restricted User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Arezio or its users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or the servers or networks used to make the app available.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person using our app.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Report a User

If you encounter any abusive or inappropriate behavior and content, you can report the user through our in-app reporting feature or by contacting info@arezioag.com. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning the user, suspending the account, or permanently banning the user from the app.

We offer subscription plans and in-app purchases as follows:

  • Duration: Monthly
  • Benefit: Up to 3000 referral codes

  • Duration: Monthly
  • Benefit: Unlimited referral codes

Upon subscribing to any of these plans, users receive the specified number of referral codes. Additionally, when someone signs up through a referral code, the parent user earns 0.3 points for each subscription to the Starter Boost plan, and proportionately for other plans.
