Terms of Use

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern the use of Arezio, provided by Arezio AG, Morgartenstrasse 3, 6003 Lucerne, Switzerland. They apply to the mobile app, website and related services. Questions can be sent to info@arezioag.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Arezio. Payouts require you to be at least 18 and to pass the identity, country and compliance checks required by the payout provider. Arezio is initially offered in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Protect your login credentials and notify us of unauthorised access.
• Complete email verification when requested.
• Do not create accounts for fraud, impersonation, sanctions evasion or abuse.

4. Birthdays, wishes and user content

You remain responsible for the content you upload. You grant Arezio the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, resize, crop and, where selected, automatically enhance uploaded wish images for the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative or dangerous content. Wish images may be presented on the standard Arezio product podium and background; the uploaded subject remains the individual wish item.

5. Community safety and moderation

Users can report and block accounts and content. Arezio may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features or block accounts where rules, safety or law require it. Child sexual abuse and exploitation content is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the competent authorities. Affected users may request a review through the in-app appeal flow or info@arezioag.com. Urgent safety reports are prioritised; other reports are processed in a reasonable order.

6. Wunschfunken

Wunschfunken are digital units used inside Arezio for wish support, creator tips and direct transfers between users. They are not a bank deposit, security or general-purpose currency. Purchased Wunschfunken do not expire. Promotional Wunschfunken expire six months after grant and cannot be paid out. The app identifies purchased, promotional, reserved and payout-eligible units separately.

7. CHF base catalogue

The following catalogue is the confirmed Swiss base catalogue. The final price displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play at checkout controls and may include local taxes or store adjustments.

Store product identifiers are versioned separately from these terms. Prices for EUR and other supported storefronts are shown by the relevant store before purchase.

8. Purchases, refunds and chargebacks

In-app purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are also subject to its terms. Refund requests for store purchases must normally be submitted to that store. A confirmed refund or chargeback reverses the related Wunschfunken atomically where possible. Already used units may result in a restricted negative balance until resolved. Fraudulent purchases, transfers and refund abuse may be suspended and investigated.

9. Wish funding and fees

A wish creator enters the amount they intend to receive net when a wish is fully funded. Arezio calculates the required funding target from that net amount plus disclosed platform, payment, store, currency-conversion, reserve and payout costs. The regular expected net amount is not reduced by costs already included in the confirmed target. The current platform fee is 10%, plus applicable provider costs, and is shown in the binding quote before confirmation. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, legal holds and user-requested exceptional costs are handled separately.

10. Payouts

• Payouts are intended to be processed through Stripe Connect Express.
• Identity and compliance verification is required and the recipient must be at least 18.
• Only payout-eligible Wunschfunken received from other users can be paid out.
• Promotional Wunschfunken and the user's own purchased balance are not withdrawable.
• The minimum payout is CHF 25 or EUR 25.
• The maximum payout is CHF 2,500 or EUR 2,500 per rolling 30-day period.
• A 14-day settlement and risk hold applies before funds become available.

Payout availability depends on country, provider acceptance, successful verification and the absence of unresolved refunds, chargebacks, fraud signals or legal restrictions.

11. Referral programmes

Referral rewards apply only to qualifying, completed transactions shown in the applicable programme rules. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion and automated or fraudulent referrals are prohibited. Pending rewards can be reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded, charged back or found ineligible.

12. Service availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended for maintenance or restricted for safety, compliance or technical reasons. Material changes to paid features or these terms will be communicated where required. The service may display a maintenance, force-update or soft-update notice.

13. Account termination

You may request account deletion in the app. Arezio may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Account deletion and retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
